This 12 week program will take a deeper dive into your golf development and performance. The journey will provide you the tools to learn and deepen your skills of Mindfulness and Motor Control. It is my goal for you to not only improve over the 12 weeks but also to be equipped on how to train your game away form the golf experience.
The 12 week program includes 10 group
training sessions and 4 individual sessions (online or in person).

Virtual offerings are becoming more and more popular as corporate or social "outings" have been shifted to the virtual space. Virtual experiences or webinar sessions include anything within the Mind.Body.Swing. system. Coach Carter can provide you a customized session(s) to fit your needs ensuring engagement with your audience.

Meditate and Move provides an opportunity for learning through exploration, scrutiny, and self-reflection. Students have the opportunity to explore and learn the mind and body in environment that promotes openness and growth. The goal for this class is to engage with a community of like minded people in doing something different from the fast paced lives we all live.
Meditate and Move virtual classes will resume in the fall.
STUDIO TIME PACKAGES
Perfect if your looking to get some individual or group training, play 18 holes with friends or simply train your game with all the studio has to offer. Coach can be available for support or as a sparing partner if needed.
